Shipping & Returns

In-Stock Policy :
We always have at least one of every item listed on the website in-stock. If you try to order a greater quantity than we currently have in-stock, you will be notified during checkout and the additional items will be back ordered. The back ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at sales@nehydro.com. We will be happy to help with any order, large or small.

Shipping Policy :
All orders ship within two business days. Any order over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. We will ship orders to most countries throughout the world. Please email us if you have any questions or would like a shipping quote at shipping@nehydro.com. We will not be held responsible for lost packages when shipping both domestically and internationally.

Return Policy :
We are pleased to offer all customers a replacement on any defective product within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, any unopened product (Excluding Liquids) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. There are No Returns on Liquid Products.
